1. Information We Collect

At DiscDepot, we collect and process only the minimal amount of data necessary to provide a premium disc golf inventory management experience:

• Account Credentials: We collect your email address when you sign up or log in via Supabase Auth.
• Collection Metadata: We store the weight, plastic, color, stamp, condition, location, notes, and user-customized flight numbers of the discs you add to your inventory.
• Settings Configs: We store your custom interface preferences, category accent colors, and custom Location Trees.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data solely to:

• Authenticate your identity and secure your private inventory.
• Build personalized metrics, graphs, location trees, and flight chart models of your collection.
• Ensure stable synchronization between your mobile/web app state and the database.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your inventory data or personal credentials to third-party advertisers or aggregators.

3. Cookies and Storage

We use cookies exclusively for operational purposes to authenticate sessions and persist local configuration parameters:

• dd_theme: Stores your light or dark display preference.
• depot_filter: Persists your custom inventory column sorting and search parameters across dashboard page reloads.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

We respect your data privacy rights. Under applicable regulations, you have the following rights:

• Right to Portability: You can export your entire collection data at any time in CSV format via the dashboard.
• Right to Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You can permanently delete your account and all associated inventory and settings records immediately via the **Danger Zone** in Settings. This purges your record from all public PostgreSQL schemas and Supabase identity databases.
